Customer Service Rep I

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr.

Description/Comment:

o Assist customer-facing team to deliver prompt, convenient, and professional customer service to assigned clients.

o Assist team with back-end tasks, such as but not limited to, invoicing, sending data requests, and following up with clients.

o Proactively manage order process.

Required Skills, Education, and Experience level:

o A minimum of one year of business-to-business (B2B) client/customer service experience is highly preferred.

o Ability to absorb product knowledge quickly and process information to apply to client needs.

o Strong analytical stills, along with excellent organizational, time management, and multi-taking skills.

o Proficient with Microsoft Office Suit applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Business to business experience is good. We typically have good luck with people from a banking, teaching or insurance background. Customer service in a business setting is a definite plus.

The contract is 100% remote but the goal is to convert, and FTEs must but hybrid so we will only consider candidates who are hybrid to one of the below locations:

Clayton, MO;

White Plains, NY;

NYC;

Dallas, TX;

Madison, WI;

and Wilmington, DE.

The hybrid office location is required on resume to be considered

8:30am - 5pm CST but flexible a bit in each direction

12/8 Start Date

Duration: 6 months -- potential to convert

40 hours per week with potential for OT when needed
